Starting in 2017, we decided to separate the Agent of the Year honor into two awards: Sales & Service Support. Therefore, it is with great excitement to announce:
Technidyne's 2017 SERVICE SUPPORT AGENT OF THE YEAR winner is AML in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Alex Leeson of AML was notified that his organization is the winner of this SERVICE SUPPORT award which is an annual prize. AML has provided exemplary service, calibration standards and kept their account in good standing. AML also supported Technidyne in territories outside their exclusive area which has been extremely helpful to Technidyne and our customers.
Technidyne's 2017 SALES AGENT OF THE YEAR winner is INASII in Mexico.
Mr. Saul Calderon of INASII was notified that his organization is the winner of this SALES award which is an annual prize. INASII has sold Technidyne equipment, provided service and calibration standards, and kept their account in good standing. They were the leading agent in terms of instrument revenue in 2017. They also placed ads in several journals to promote Technidyne products.
These awards are given annually (and include a monetary prize) to recognize both AML and INASII’s dedication to their customers as well as Technidyne products and services. Each Technidyne agent is evaluated equally against the following criteria:
- Account in good standing
- Overall sales revenue - Overall service revenue - Overall calibration standard revenue - Ability and willingness to assist other agents/representatives, when possible - Commitment to marketing Technidyne products including calibration standards - Commitment to training - Ability to independently support customers effectively
