2019 Technidyne Agent of the Year

2019 was a great year for Technidyne. Our success is in large part to our loyal customers and hard-working employees. However, we could never have the success we do without our partners around the globe. Our sales and service agents around the world help us delivery great solutions and industry-leading customer service to all of our customers.


In 2014, Technidyne started awarding an Agent of the Year Award. Since then we have created two awards: one for Sales and another for Service Support. Therefore, it is with great excitement to announce:

Mr. Rodrigo Affonso of Poli Instrumentos and his team have provided exemplary service, calibration standards, and kept their account in good standing. Rodrigo has done a tremendous job of keeping his staff trained by sending them to New Albany for regular updates. Poli has also been very consistent in providing Preventative Maintenance, parts and standards to our customers. Finally, Rodrigo has been coordinating with Technidyne on his strategic approach to the market with seminars, visits and demonstration instruments. These things all display what Technidyne seeks in a partnership.

Mr. Wirawan Hongga of P.T. Pintu Mas Mulia Kimia (PMMK) and his team have sold equipment, provided service and calibration standards, and kept their account in good standing. In particular, their consistent spare parts and standards sales along with regular instrument orders, especially the newest generation of Technidyne equipment the Color Touch™ X and TEST/Plus™ products, are what Technidyne seeks in a partnership.


These awards are given annually (and include a monetary prize) to recognize both Poli Instrumentos and P.T. Pintu Mas Mulia Kimia’s dedication to their customers as well as Technidyne products and services. Each Technidyne agent is evaluated equally against the following criteria:

  • Account in good standing

  • Overall sales revenue

  • Overall service revenue

  • Overall calibration standard revenue

  • Ability and willingness to assist other agents/representatives, when possible

  • Commitment to marketing Technidyne products including calibration standards

  • Commitment to training

  • Ability to independently support customers effectively
