A story of customer satisfaction

Recently we received the message below from a longtime customer in the Northeast area of the United States. This customer will soon be retiring and prior to that he wanted to make sure we knew how much value our local Service Technician had been to him over the years.

“If you have an employee recognition program would you consider Russ Frazier for the award. Russ has done a great job maintaining our equipment. He has also done a great job training our lab employees on the Technidyne equipment we have purchased while he has been servicing our site.”

Russ Frazier has been with Technidyne for 10 years and in his time working on our team he has had many accolades like the one above. Russ does a great work taking care of our customers not only keeping their instruments up and running but also providing knowledge about testing techniques and data application. We are fortunate to have Russ on our team and greatly appreciate the work he does.

In the very near future Russ will be transitioning his work duties for Technidyne from the Northeast to the Southeast. Russ is going to be one of those year-round snowbirds leaving the cold and living in the warmth of South Carolina. While our Southeast customers may not always understand his good Mainer accent, they will appreciate his work ethic and commitment to their satisfaction. Well done Russ and enjoy your move south.
