In January, AML Instruments our representative in the United Kingdom sent a service technician, Paul, for two weeks of in-depth training. Likewise, at the beginning of February, Poli Instrumentos, our representative in Brazil had two people, Rodrigo and João, attend two weeks of training.
All three of these service providers received extensive training on all Technidyne instrumentation including the Color Touch™ X, TEST/Plus™ ISO Brightness, TEST/Plus™ TAPPI Brightness, TEST/Plus™ Caliper, TEST/Plus™ Opacity, TEST/Plus™ Gloss, all PROFILE/Plus™ instruments. They were tested and certified to perform preventative maintenance, calibrate, verify, troubleshoot and repair on all makes and models of Technidyne equipment.
